Half way through prep, at least that's what the calender says. Not quite half way there in terms of what needs to be done though. Departments keep coming on line and here is Vasco (special effects). He's certainly worth standing behind when someone yells "fire in the hole" (or whatever they say here).
Another beautiful day and lots of ruined buildings to explore. Many of these are just abandoned and neglected. The big building was the first central heating plant in Sofia built almost 100 years ago. The others a "mall" with restaurant (PECTOPHAT kind of) and town center. They, hopefully, will play the part of the "abandoned Chechen village".
More casting and now the job of collecting all these locations and making some selections.
